There is a build-in filter in PS4 that does chrome.  Not spactacular, 
but it's there.  I have an action for PS4 that does a better job.  If 
you want I can sent it to you.

Hi all,
I was wondering if any of you know the URL on a tutorial on how to make 
an
object, specifically letters look chrome or if you can explain via the 
list
then that'll be just as good. I'm using Photoshop 4.x and I just got Eye
Candy and KPT 3.
