         By far the Ulead Smart Saver ! The learning curve is almost
non-existant and the batch function and the ability to also do animated 
gifs is handy. The price is reasonable and if you need other
applications it come bundled with some nice tools for an even better
deal. You can take a look at it here and get a 15 day trial version.
