Advanced GIF creation

Hi every body ..*waves* hi. Now I have just made a GIF.. frist one 
actaully.. worked out quite nicely{it's a banner btw} But i'm rambling 
again.. Any way I came to the conculsion that there is a heck f a lot 
more to know about building gif's then just slapping them together.

Does anyone know a good URL that gives the finner points of GIF creation  
away to people like me? {not interested in the actaul graphic creation 
part.. just the gif assembly.}


Hope some of you guys out there can help. It's really aperiated{I'd 
spell that right but I can't *grins*} Thanks A lot Everyone.
