image programs

Hi. I am interested in buying image software, and I am trying to find 
the one program that can do everything for me. Since this is a graphics 
list...I thought that maybe someone can help me, by giving me some 
ideas. The program I need would need to be able to make animated gifs 
easily (including rotating text). It would need to be able to do text 
art (type in text, make it into different shapes, etc), and quite easy 
to produce high quality gifs and jpegs for use on the web. I would also 
like the program to be able to do image mapping, and OLE intergration.
