Blade Pro...a Plug In for Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro will do what you 
want.

You can download it ...for a free trial...from:

The Plug-In only costs $25.00 and is more than worth it's weight in 
gold!   Tons of sites with Blad Pro presets have sprung up on the net 
and there are also several good tutorial sites.
