It doesn't need CSS or other new stuff because EVERYTHING
is images. there is no text that is not part of the images.

The HTML underneath is really atrocious, lots of excessive
duplication.

I wouldn't say it is a bad site, but as an example of neat
or good design it is nothing new or extraordinary. I have
seen people on this list create some really great stuff,
that we could learn more from.
