Constructive Criticism?

I know that many of you must have better things to do with your time,
but if you should have a spare minute I would appreciate any advice
you might have to give.

Things to keep in mind: 
1. I have not made much of an effort to keep load time down; I was
more interested in getting the look that I wanted. So Im curious how
long it takes across different connection speeds. 
2. My boss laughed at the tables I had written for the images with
mouseovers; evidently I have an irrational fear of the <tr> statement.
 I think that if it works without it, then it works. I would like to
know if my coding causes anyone problems (I have done some browser
trapping to take care of annoying javascript errors in older browsers).
 
Please feel free to rip me apart (keep in mind that Im using PSP 4.0
for the entire design of the site, and I have a lot to learn) = )
