re: rollover effects

Mike, 
Ill get back to you soon on how exactly I made my page with those
effects, but for now check out the site where I originally found the
code for it.  This place is great, they have tons of examples, all
free to whoever wants them.

I basically looked at the way they wrote the code, and through a
little bit of sweat (and no small amount of cursing) I was able to
rework it to suit my needs.  I hope this helps you out, good luck!
