Button Mouseover on IE5

I can't seem to be able to make mouseover work on Internet Explorer 
5.0.  Before I spend a lot of time fixing my Javascript, I wonder if 
anyone can tell me if IE5 supports mouseover at all.  Thanks in 
advance.
