Hi Chris ---

Dont know what to tell you--- Your values are correct I checked them in
my PANTONE Internet Color System -- havent encountered anything like
that before. But I offer this quote from PANTONE (hope it helps) -
"When a browser is not capable of displaying the intended color, it
simulates it by combinng various color pixels, resulting in dithered,
inaccurate color representation. In some cases, the color is replaced
entirely - resulting in inaccurate and unpleasant visual
representation." So in a nutshell -- it may not be the software but a
browser conflict -- still strange considering you are using the correct
values.

One thought in Photoshop I set the palette for any web images to 216
colors versus 256, adaptive with no diffusion. This lessons the
likelihood of color glitches.

However, I will suggest the PANTONE Color Web Internet Color System --
it works with all software applications and so far I havent had any
problems with it and it gives you RGB, CMYJ and HTML Hex breakdowns in
teh swatch guide. It also comes with a great resource book about color
for the web designer.

Good Luck

Lisa
