OFF TOPIC! (Publisher/HTML help)

I know this has nothing to do with graphics, sorry for that. Hope you
all won't get too mad and that someone please could try to help me on
this one!

A client's computer has crashed. He had some webpages on it, made in
MS Publisher. Now he want's to continue work on these pages but he
doesn't have the original Publisher files, only the raw HTML files on
the server. The files can ofcourse be downloaded from the server, but
is there a way that he can open and work on the HTML documents in
Publisher? Just like an ordinary Publisher file?
