online animator

My apologies if I've already posted this question, as I was having computer 
problems when attempting to send it the first time.

At one time, there was a website that offered online animator available. I 
used it quite often, but it's been a couple of years.

I created each frame of the animation myself, but didn't have the software 
to create the animation . . . and still don't have the software.  This site 
allowed me to give the URL where the graphics were located, choose several 
animation options (looping, etc.), then the animation was instantly created 
for me.

Does ANYONE have the URL for that site? I can't remember even the name of 
the site, and any searches I do are coming up empty.

OR....is there another site which might do the same thing for me?

Please keep in mind that I need to do the online animation, for several 
reasons, and am limited as far as using actual software.
