Shrinking Graphics...

Hello Everyone...

I have a problem, everytime I make graphics, they're always too big (File
Size).  I'm designing a website for a Radio Station, and can't seem to get a
decent download time, without majorly compromising the graphic quality...

Does anyone know of any was I can shrink the graphic size without compromising
the crispness of the graphics I have... (BTW, the site I'm working on is at
http://www.stc-inc.org/WYBC/)

If anyone can help, I will appreciate any help at all.

PLEASE RESPOND TO ME DIRECTLY IN ADDITION TO THE LIST
(I get the digest version and don't always read it immediately)
