Beginner's PSP Tutorial

Just searched through the archives and found
absolutely
no PSP tutorial posts at all. Strange. What I need is
a PSP tutorial for a total computer neophyte. Her 
artistic skills are substantial but she's at square
one
when it comes to computer graphics. Anything that
would
support/expand on what's  in the manual that came with
PSP4.
