-- If you installed the program on your hard drive, make sure you are running
the program from your hard drive, not the CD drive (Q?). 
-- Make sure you have the correct CD in the drive that you are calling for in
the browser. 
-- Try My Computer, highlight the CD drive, right click. There may be an .exe
choice there.
-- Try uninstalling it from Windows and reinstalling.
-- Make sure you have enough memory to run the program
-- get your money back and try http://www.masterclips.com/
