Take a look at PixArt http://www.ruku.com/ they have a section on Painter
(as well as a number of other programs too. There's also an online course
on Painter starting soon over at http://www.portrayals.com/ run by Jeremy
Sutton who's an amazing artist who uses Painter all the time.
