   If you are using PSP, I would suggest using the "colorize" function in your
"Colors" option on your toolbar.  If the image is greyscaled, this will let
you choose the hue and saturation to give you whatever color you are looking
for...  Depending on how ark or light (and the contrast) the logo is, I would
suggest something around hue-24 saturation-255... Then you can play with the
"Adjust" feature in your "Colors" option to control the brightness, contrast,
etc.
