Strange lines in background graphicby Kate <moonstar(at)mail1.nai.net> |

Hi everyone, I'm encountering a problem with a simple left side border backround that I've created for a client's web site. The background was created in PSP. I've made many of these type of backgrounds and have not had any problem. But this time the white part showed red lines like on ruled paper so I recreated the graphic and now it shows pale green lines in the white part. Could some please take a look or tell me what the problem might be ? The two pages are temporarily at : http://w3.nai.net/~moonstar/woodlake.htm http://w3.nai.net/~moonstar/countymap.htm The pages aren't linked yet. I've just started working on the site. Also, another question unrelated to the above. Can a VGA monitor handle 600x800 resolution or does it have to be an SVGA. I have no experience with VGA monitors.
