What I was so excited about wasn't the html (which I did say was dodgy, if
you recall), but the gif files it produced - files which could be taken
away from the garbage and used as any other conventional gif. The quality
of the text seemed to me to beat any I've seen from other sources.
(I think Carol said something like this too, didn't she?)
