Hello April,

Under Preferences, set your Web Graphics to use Uncompressed graphics. Then
clear your cache and reload the page...your "fragmentary" graphics should
no longer be a problem. I viewed your page in both AOL 3.0 and 4.0 using
uncompressed graphics and everything looked fine.

Unfortunately, AOL ships their software with the "Use Compressed Graphics"
as the default setting. When using Compressed graphics, the gross graphics
only show up when using .jpg images...gifs seem to do fine.

I'm wondering if anybody knows a way around designing jpg images that will
look good to the millions of AOL users who didn't change their graphics
settings? I've e-mailed AOL tech support on two different occasions but
they never answer...

Sue
