user-defined pieces, and creates the HTML for the table to re-assemble
them.  As far as I know, it handles .gif and .jpg formats.  Not sure right
now if it will process any other format.  I use PSP or Image Composer to
create the "work" file of the image, save it as either .gif or .jpg, then
run "Dicer" to chop it up.
