Hello List-

Well, I found my problem. I was inserting the "#" into my anchor tags, and
they only appropriately belong in the href tags.  I took them out, and the
anchors work fine in both IE5 and NN4.07.  Thanks for the listen, though,
and sorry that it doesn't help the original question concerning frames.
