Websafe color codes

Hi everybody!
Another set of newbie questions:

1. How do you load the websafe palette in Photoshop 3 or 4?
   (I dont own the PC its installed on and get little practice)
2. Anybody out there kind enough to send me the hexadecimal
   codes of the 216 websafe colors? urls will do of course.
   I have 3 books on HTML but none of them has this.
