Fireworks Beta Download

Hi all--

Macromedia has released the beta of Fireworks, the new web graphics
production tool that has been in the rumor mill.  It's available for free
download at:

http://www.macromedia.com/software/fireworks/

There are some demos and full details at the site, but some of the main
features include:

--everything (text, images, effects) is editable, all the time
--export and optimization wizards for viewing gifs or jpegs side by side at
multiple compression levels--also gives you download times for each
--allows you to slice your images and generates the HTML code for it on
your page
--also generates JavaScript code for roll-overs

There's other stuff as well, but this should give you a good idea.
