I'm downloading Macromedia's Dreamweaver as we speak and wondered if anyone
here used it, and if so, what they thought. I've always avoided WYSIWYG
editors because they screw up the code, but from the previews it looks
really interesting.

Side note, I'd recommend Bryce, with a few caveats. First, don't get
Bryce2, get Bryce 3D (most recent version, only $99). Second, if you've
never tried 3D modeling or rendering before, be forewarned it will take
some time to learn to do high-quality work. Third, Bryce is only designed
for modeling landscapes. While it's rendering engine is excellent (better
than 3DS Max R2), it only offers basic shapes and booleans for modeling, so
you'll need another program to create objects. I highly recommend it if
you're just looking for a nice program that does incredible landscapes,
water, and rendering effects, but not really if you are a demanding user
that wants advanced modeling, animation, and FX capabilities.
