Anybody use ImageReady? Pros/Cons?

Hi,

Is ImageReady a really good quick and dirty tool or is it just an extra
$100 for nothing if you already have PS?  I heard it can do a quicker job
on color comparisons and viewing image formats...anything you know let me know.
