Layout for web pages

I also use ImageReady for easy layout.  I select a 593 pixel by 295 (the
safest size to cover all browsers at 640X480 counting all the top and
bottom vertical space taken up by buttons, etc).  THen I make guides the
way my table grid would look -- and wallah --- ya got the design layout
right in front of you.  Then you can slice to guides and the page is
designed.  It's quite useful and simple to design layout this way.
