I AGREE WITH YOU  100%
	I am getting sick and tired of people on the graphics list sending
attachments without specifically mentioning such,
and often not saying anything about what it is and or what format is needed
to  read or see it.

I think strong measures should be taken on this list to assure that
attachments should be approved by the receiver before it is sent.
If not, then the sender should, at the very least, mention (preferably in
the top header) that there is in fact an attachment being sent, along with
information as to its content and format needed to view.
