Only Half The Font Shows Up?

Hello again everybody!

Today, I am having a problem creating a word using Paint Shop Pro 5.0.

I am trying to create the word Loretta for a client (obviously Loretta) and
when I create the word in the font that all her letterhead, etc is done in
(Snell Bd BT), The capital L on her name doesn't work.  Only half of it
shows up no matter what font size I choose.

Any tips on how to do this correctly?  If not, can some create a name with
a drip shadow for me if I supply them with the spelling and colors?
