Hi Chris,
I'm certainly no Photoshop guru (major understatement), but as far as I know,
Edit-->Undo (or Control-Z) still only revert the last action only. To go
farther back than that, you'll need to go into the History Palette. Other
methods can be found in the Help Files in PS 5 (under the Index tab, see
"Undoing Changes")
