WS-FTP Problem

Upper-case file extensions may well be the cause of the problem under
discussion.  However, sometimes the problem can be at the server end.  Two
of my clients chose a little one-man ISP to host them because of extremely
low hosting fees.  Occasionally his FTP program does something goofy and I
have to email him to straighten it out.  A couple of times, it has deleted
my old file but failed to correctly store and index my new one, causing me
to get the broken-image icon.
