For links to filter sites and installation instructions visit
http://www.webweaverxxi.com/psp40/filters.html .  Filters listed on this
page have been tested and ~do~ work with both PSP 4 and PSP 5.

Quite a few of the filter sites now offer their downloads in ffl format to
save on disk space as well as download time. Be aware that you ~will~ need
to get Plugin Commander (freeware) to convert these filters to 8bf format
before you can use them.  

Filter Factory Gallery is one such site, but there are so many free filters
that it's well worth the effort of installing Plugin Commander.
