Hello,
	For those of you running win3.x, win95/98, awhile ago I created a program
that runs in your system tray that converts rgb to hex, and hex to rgb, or
you could simply mix the colours, and it displays the colour and gives you
the info that you need.  It is relatively small.  (for those of you in
win3.1 if you wish to use this e-mail me as I have not gotten it up on my
page yet to download, just recently converted it).  Anyway if anyway cares
