ADMIN: New list - HWG-Jobs

G'Day members,

The HWG now has a separate (moderated) mailing list to notify members of
job opportunities.  Previously such posts were sent to HWG-Business and
anyone wanting to be informed of such things had to wade theiry way through
all the Business posts to find them.  

Since this new list allows members to receive news of job opportunities
without all the extra Business posts, it may be of interest to some
Graphics members.
