regarding Browser Safe colors.
As I understand it, this applies to gifs which use index color,
which is limited to 256 colors or 216 which most monitors interpret the same,
thus "Browser safe".
Can this limitation be avoided by simply using jpgs and rgb color?
will a jpg with many non-browser safe tones look "the same" in colors
regardless of monitor?
