Trans Imgs (export?)

I've just learned that in PhotoShop, you can use the "export" plugin
option, choose a color and set it as transparent.

I just checked my PSP5.0 and found this option.  Now the question is:  Like
with filter plugins...can this plugin be converted to PSP?
