it seems to me like 80% of the work has already been done - the images. if
you want the site to work you need to break it down to a dozen or more
pages. if they were templated such an activity wouldn't be more than a
couple of hours work. although you'd be going that bit extra, the actual
space of the site would be basically the same, the work would be similar,
the site would look better, and you'd be able to say how you broke your
rules for the good of the client, at no extra cost *shrug*. well maybe anyway.
