total newbie question

I don't really consider myself a newbie anymore, but there is something
I've never picked up -- rounded edges.  I can do square buttons, but I'd
like to do the ones with the rounded edges (with shading, of course, to
make it look raised).  I use Paint Shop Pro 5.0, anybody have tips or a URL
for me to check out?
