Non-moving animated GIFs?

Hey

	I have a few animated GIFs on my web site.  I have recently converted the
page over to Frontpage 98 as far as HTML manipulation.  Each page typically
has at least one ani-gif, but after a few seconds the gif will stop
functioning or moving.  I have tried Netscape and IE with the same effect.
Any advice on why this is happening?
