Graphics & Screen Resolution

Hello and Happy Holidays!

I am trying to figure out the best thing to do with a graphics resolution
problem.  The graphics work great unless they are viewed with a 1024 X 768
screen resolution.  Is this because of the colors we are using?  Is there
something we can do to correct the problem?  The site address is
