simple background graphic...

Hi

I am looking for a simple lefthand border type of background image that
looks like a page from a binder. (ie with holes punched into it)  You know
what I mean?  The type that gets repeated down the page to make the
appearance of a border on the left side of the page.  Any ideas where I can
find one?
