Nope, they won't.  The only way to handle this and validate is through CSS.
 The TOPMARGIN and LEFTMARGIN attributes are proprietary to IE while their
Netscape equivalent are MARGINHEIGHT and MARGINWIDTH.  All are illegal in
any version of HTML.
