Boy I'd sure love to have 3D Studio Max, but the starting price is
something like $3K.  Yes, starting price.  Randy:  If you were looking for
something with fewer digits in the price, I've used Caligari trueSpace2 and
it would make text orbit the earth.  Definitely inherits legacy
interactivity regarding mouse buttons and windows and menus.  But very
slick product.  Good luck!
