Go to http://www.ulead.com and download PhotoImpact 5.0 demo/trial. It's a
great graphics program and it's very user friendly.

Once you have it installed, go to: http://wwell.vpdev.com/pi/resources/ for
tutorials and a whole bunch of good stuff to help you out.
