Jumping in with my 2 cents.

VALID IMG Tags (Thingys)

An IMG tag may have all of the following.

VSPACE="#" --- allows or disallows depending on the number amount of
vertical space around an image.. the higher the number the more space

HSPACE="#" --- same as above but applies to the horizontal space

BORDER="#" --- usually used for removing the colored border around an image
that is used as an anchor... but can also add a colored border around an
image if so desired. (IMHO this use looks tacky)

ALT="Description of image"

TITLE="Description of Image --- but supported only by IE"

WIDTH="#" & HEIGHT="#" --- should always be used to specify the images
width & height, preferably with units specified as well.

so an image tag with such as

<IMG SRC="./grafix/wall.gif" WIDTH="100px" HEIGHT="50px" HSPACE="5px"
VSPACE="0px" BORDER="0px" ALT="A Wall" TITLE="A Wall">

is a valid image tag.
