Graphics: Easily made Torn edges & other borders

Now that the email etiquette is out of the way.

Back to graphics.

Yes I agree on the fact that maybe we did react a little too quickly
with "Use this such and such filter" to get the torn edge effect that
was being asked about.

However upon looking for said filters myself afterwards I came upon one
but it's not quite a filter as such but a bunch of graphics that can be used
to create the desired effect.

and you get a collection of graphics and a HTML manual of how to use
them to create the effect you want in 9 different programs.

Doesn't matter if you use PS5, PSP, Corel-Photo Paint or Uleads PhotoImpact.

The manual will tell you how to use them and I think give you some ideas of how
to create your own effects and how to apply them just by looking at what 
they did.

No filters to install and learn how to use or have expire on you in 30 
days. Just plain simple
graphics and how to apply them.

I think easy enough for anybody here to use.
