From what it looks like, I would try and make it this way(I don't
guarantee results exactly like the above mentioned graphic, but it should
be close <G> :
1. Create a new image in whatever size you want.
2. Use white and black(or whatever two colors you want) and flood fill the
image using the(I believe) rectangular gradient). I am not sure of the
horizontal and vertical you would use but I would just play with it and
find the look you want.
3. Have white as the background color. Create an eliptical selection then
press the DELETE key. The selected area should now be white. Deselect.
4. Go to MASK then choose NEW; FROM IMAGE. Choose the defaults(or you can
uncheck invert maks data).
5. Then you can save this to an alpha channel(MASK; SAVE TO ALPHA CHANNEL)
to use just in this PSP session, or you can choose to save to disk(MASK;
SAVE TO DISK).
