graphics in email?

Can someone help me with a question?
I am a true lurker here, but I've learned alot by watching all of you
discuss different topics. And I sure appreciate this forum!!
Anyhow, my question is, I want to be able to sent email with backgrounds
and graphics in them. Some of them will be handmade graphics, others will
be pictures, and backgrounds that are faded. I use Paint Shop Pro
4.14. And Eudora for my email.
Can anyone assist?
