To make an image transparent in PSP, choose the color selector (called
"Dropper" on the taskbar) and right click the background. Then choose
Colors|Set Palette Transparency.
If it ask you to change your image to 256 color, click yes and then OK at the
next screen.
At the Set Palette Transperancy dialog box, choose Set the transparency value
to the current background color. Click Ok. Your image is transparent!
