I agree 100% with that statement. I advise my clients of the pros and cons=

of each idea they come up with in terms of controlling what people can and=

cannot do on their site. I always wind up doing what they want, of course,=

but I feel they should be made aware of any pitfalls. I firmly believe=20
that if you give people a pleasant visit to your site they'll send others=20
your way whether they, themselves, wind up customers or not.
